Sangita Kumar is an Empowerment Trainer, Behavioral Consultant, Speaker and Self-help Author. She has 16 years of experience in practicing and teaching Behavioral Sciences and its challenges in Corporates, School &Colleges, and Individuals Counseling Support.
Sangita has been associated with Amity Institute of Psychology and AlliedSciences for last 14 years taking lectures for Graduate/ Post Graduate students of Psychology – Nurturing the soon to be professionals in aspects of Counseling skills, behavioral understanding, and school counseling.
Along with practicing Individual consultation, Sangita is engaged in corporate programs. She has been associated with GHCL (Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Limited), a renowned Corporate Plant in Gujarat for the last two years. She is working on the development of Senior /Middle-level managers as potential leaders for responsible roles in expansion plans of the plant.

Disha Kanojia has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counselling psychology.
Her areas of specialization include interpersonal management (interpersonal skills, relationship counselling), organizational consultation (workplace skills, Corporate Social Responsibility, employee counselling), and empowerment counselling.
Her area of research is focused on inter-parental discord and its effects on children's well-being. She has experience in conducting educative programs and interventions with children and teenagers from all walks of life. Her area of interest is relationship counselling.
She is currently pursuing her Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance & Counselling from NIPCCD.
Pragya Pushkarna is an intervention psychologist with a Masters in Psychology. She is passionate about Psychology and working with people.
You will see her working with children, adolescents and young adults in conjunction with parents and schools with a truly enthusiastic splendour. She feels Awareness, Acceptance and Empowerment of today’s young India is the need of the hour, which is also the motto iPrograms stands firm on and actively works towards.
She has also been in the field of Research and Psychology for almost two years now. With her dedication, devotion and commitment to the field she aims at bringing people together for embracing and enhancing themselves as individuals and professionals.
At iPROGRAMS by Sangita Kumar, Pragya manages the academic centre - iCademia along with conducting workshops for young budding professionals of the field.
She likes a work-life balance and so in her own time, indulges in baking, cooking and is the life of the party.
Moina is an intern in training at iPROGRAMS who passionately manages our kids at YAARANA.
She is currently pursuing Masters in Psychology.

Aashna Sharun, a budding designer always looking for grabbing inspiration- a cover up for her going into day dreams. A trained Interior Designer, Aashna doesn’t limit herself just to that, she loves working in different fields and believes that learning never stops.
